Design and décor by Pedro Scattarella and his team
When our restaurant in Palma de Mallorca went live, we got in touch with the well-known and award-winning interior designer Pedro Scattarella who has carried out all the decoration and interior design of the restaurant. For the project, Scattarella was inspired by the Hawaiian island of Maui and created a welcoming and modern atmosphere in the interior of the classic and emblematic building in the old town of the Mallorcan capital. The designer and his team created a unique space with incredibly special materials such as tempered glass, lacquered wood, parquetry and wrought iron, which all create an interesting contrast, as well as differentiating each of the areas.
The entrance and main area of our restaurant in Palma de Mallorca
In the main entrance we are welcomed by a large traditional lounge in which we find tables set for service and an area prepared for drinking and socialising made up of a large cocktail bar and some tables with leather armchairs for maximum comfort. The ceiling, as in most of the establishment is made up of traditional oval shaped tiles and soft lighting in the upper part that complements that of the crystal lamps that give grey and brown shades. Right in the entrance, there is also a staircase which leads to the upper floor with the same aesthetics in floor and ceiling, illuminated by the windows overlooking the street and giving a greater sense of space to the restaurant.
Terrace with marble tables and a room with vertical gardens
Adjacent to the main entrance, there is a secondary entrance that opens on to a terrace with manual tuff tiling and marble tables. This small space can also be accessed from the main entrance and is to the right of the living room door. Parallel to the main entrance there is a corridor with tables and a small bar that connects to another special room with spectacular vertical gardens. This area is distinguished by the green shades of its vegetation and provides an intimate atmosphere which can be reserved for special occasions.
