We want to start off 2019 with the intention of reinventing, updating and maximizing our gastronomic offer. Which is why we have recently developed a new menu at our restaurant in Palma de Mallorca, with new items across our range of dishes and nibbles. Five new starters on the new menu at our restaurant in Palma de Mallorca
We wanted to offer a menu which would surpass the expectations of even the most refined palates. Which is why our starter and tapas menu has been updated with five new dishes which will take you on a journey around the world. We begin in Italy with tempered Burrata cheese, baked aubergine, a basil gel, turmeric powder and a soy vinaigrette; we head across the Atlantic Ocean until we reach Peru with a sea bream ceviche, sweet potato with ginger, seasonal fruit and fried plantain and we continue our journey to India with some delicious Garam Masala roasted lamb skewers, a yoghurt sauce and coconut naan bread. If you’re looking for a healthier option we also have two salads: one with three types of quinoa, a pumpkin chutney, a cucumber vinaigrette, mint and an air of fennel and also a salad featuring roasted avocado with Miso and lime, a corn cream and cherry tomatoes with ginger.
New grilled meat and fish dishes
As for the coals of our famous Josper ovens, our house speciality, we have incorporated a delicious beef hamburger with cheddar, caramelized red cabbage and a honey mustard sauce, its truly scrumptious. As for the fish dishes, you can savour a succulent tuna tataki glazed with a Kabayaki sauce, avocado, pearl barley with coconut and parmesan. Or a line caught hake, with a roasted pepper escalivada with almonds, mint and microgreens. And if you prefer meat, we also will be serving tender Cantonese pork ribs.
Head on a journey with our new pizzas
In regards to our selection of pizzas within our gastronomic offer at our restaurant in Palma de Mallorca, we have updated the menu with the new “Little Italy”, which has a basil pesto, goat’s cheese, thyme cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and pine nuts, and our “The Canton One”, made up of delicious Iberian pork jowl, gorgonzola cheese, mozzarella and Cantonese sauce.
A sweet explosion of flavours
When it comes to dessert, we have opted for two types of mousse: a white chocolate, raspberry and ground cocoa mousse and a coconut, mandarin sorbet and tandoori spice mousse. A sweet explosion of flavours.
